PTFE在5G的主要(yao)應用
高頻傳輸(shu)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)是5G無線(xian)通信(xin)的(de)(de)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)一,它(ta)能夠增(zeng)加頻段資源(yuan)的(de)(de)可(ke)利用(yong)率,增(zeng)強 5G 無線(xian)通信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)對于網絡發展(zhan)的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)需求。而要(yao)實現(xian)高頻傳輸(shu),就必須使用(yong)低介(jie)電常(chang)數、低介(jie)質損耗的(de)(de)功能性材(cai)料(liao)(liao),5G 對低介(jie)電材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)介(jie)電常(chang)數要(yao)求在 2.8~3.2 之(zhi)間。低介(jie)電常(chang)數材(cai)料(liao)(liao)主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于 5G 手(shou)機的(de)(de)天線(xian)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)、線(xian)路(lu)板材(cai)料(liao)(liao)、蓋(gai)板材(cai)料(liao)(liao)和殼(ke)體材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。低介(jie)電常(chang)數材(cai)料(liao)(liao)主(zhu)要(yao)有PTFE、PPO、LCP 和PI(或MPI)幾種,PTFE 作為目前有機材(cai)料(liao)(liao)中介(jie)電常(chang)數最低的(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)之(zhi)一,在 5G 通信(xin)領域廣泛應用(yong)。

濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)是一種選頻器(qi)件(jian),是通(tong)信設備(bei)不可或缺(que)的(de)(de)一部(bu)(bu)分,其原理(li)通(tong)過不同頻率(lv)的(de)(de)電磁(ci)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)在腔(qiang)體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)振蕩, 保留達到(dao)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)諧振頻率(lv)的(de)(de)電磁(ci)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo), 而(er)其他頻率(lv)的(de)(de)電磁(ci)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)在振蕩中(zhong)(zhong)耗散掉,從實現濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)功能。目前各大通(tong)訊(xun)設備(bei)廠商所(suo)用的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)為(wei)金屬(shu)腔(qiang)體(ti)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi),金屬(shu)腔(qiang)體(ti)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)成熟(shu)、生產成本低,主(zhu)要(yao)用于基站的(de)(de)遠端(duan)射頻單元(RRU)和主(zhu)動天(tian)線單元(AAU)上。金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)采用了很(hen)多PTFE部(bu)(bu)件(jian),起(qi)支撐、絕緣、隔熱(re)的(de)(de)作用。進入5G時代金屬(shu)腔(qiang)體(ti)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)進一步(bu)優化(hua),更加(jia)小(xiao)型化(hua),內部(bu)(bu)結(jie)構更多,PTFE的(de)(de)用量也較4G時代更大。
5G手(shou)(shou)機和(he)5G基站都(dou)是(shi)5G網絡中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)終(zhong)端,需要(yao)收發信(xin)號(hao)進(jin)行數據傳(chuan)輸(shu),因此5G手(shou)(shou)機也(ye)和(he)基站一樣具有射(she)(she)頻(pin)和(he)天線(xian)模(mo)(mo)塊,只是(shi)5G手(shou)(shou)機中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)各模(mo)(mo)塊更加精密、更加微型化。5G手(shou)(shou)機的(de)(de)(de)主板(ban)采用了基于(yu)PTFE的(de)(de)(de)高頻(pin)覆銅板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)印刷電路板(ban)(PCB)以(yi)減少(shao)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)損失(shi)。5G手(shou)(shou)機射(she)(she)頻(pin)模(mo)(mo)塊和(he)天線(xian)模(mo)(mo)塊之間的(de)(de)(de)射(she)(she)頻(pin)信(xin)號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)通(tong)過PTFE細微射(she)(she)頻(pin)同軸電纜來完(wan)成(cheng),確保手(shou)(shou)機的(de)(de)(de)高頻(pin)高速信(xin)號(hao)低損耗。
